RADISESE® is an injectable filler composed of smooth calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel. As RADISESE® is injected, it provides an immediate and visible correction to volume loss. Over time, neocollagenesis, or the formation of new collagen, begins. RADISESE® creates a structural scaffold by stimulating collagen production that can last a year or longer after just one injection. In clinical trials, results lasted 12 to 18 months on average, and in some cases, the effects of RADISESE® were still evident after two years.

RADISESE® filler is injected into the skin through a minimally invasive procedure to provide immediate, longer-lasting correction. RADISESE® is FDA-approved for correcting moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds or your smile lines. It is also indicated for hand rejuvenation for volume loss on the back of the hands and the neck.

Because RADISESE works by stimulating collagen production, the effects can be longer-lasting than those of hyaluronic acid fillers.
